Made by one person and a prompt.

Six projects. Client, role, tools and result on every one. Loops play muted; every piece links to the full version.
Client work

Eight spots, one production cycle.

Four of the eight spots. One visual system before the first frame.Seedance 2 for motion, GPT Image for the end frames.Edit, motion graphics and delivery in the same week.
Brief. A kids' smartwatch, eight everyday situations, parents as the audience, paid social as the channel.
Approach. One visual system before the first frame: a German suburb, natural light, kids who look like kids. Every spot built from the same system, so eight feel like one campaign. Product shots from the client's photography, so the watch is the real watch.
Output. Eight spots of 25 to 34 seconds, 1080p, with hero end frames and motion graphics.
Result. Delivered in one production cycle, on time, approved without a second round.

Returnable crateBottle on a night streetDieline sheet
Old stamps from Algiers set the language: two inks, uncoated paper. Then a dieline, a flat label with ingredients and barcode, a real returnable bottle.Photography prompted in the language of light: flash, hard shadows, halation, grain.
Brief. Self-initiated: can one person build a drink brand to print-readiness in an afternoon, with the process as content?
Approach. Reference language from old Algerian stamps, two inks on uncoated paper. Then the order a product designer uses: reference photo of a real returnable bottle, technical drawing with measurements, flat label front and back, neck label as a cone development, four flavours, only then renders and photography.
Output. Dieline sheet, label system, packshots, editorial photography in Sidi Bou Said and on coloured seamless, an eight-slide carousel.
Result. A complete brand case that shows the method, reused as the format for client brand work.

Brief. A support tool for online shops needed one film that explains the problem and the product without turning into a screencast.
Approach. A presenter carries the argument on camera, the interface appears in her hands, kinetic captions do the rest. One purple brand world from the first frame to the last.
Result. Delivered as one master plus cut-downs for paid social.

How it's made

Same method, every brief.

Four stages, documented on the imoo campaign. The product stays the real product, the characters stay the same characters, and every version comes out of one system.
imoo X10 product photo
1 · Brief and product
Start from what is real.
The client's own product photography goes in first. Nothing about the product is generated: shape, colour, screen, strap. The brief becomes a one-page visual system: place, light, cast, tone.
Character sheet: mother, father, son, daughter, street, hallway
2 · Character and set sheets
One cast, one street, one hallway.
Every person and every place gets a reference sheet before the first scene. Eight spots later they still look like the same family in the same suburb. This is what makes eight spots read as one campaign.
Generated end frame with the watch
3 · Stills before motion
Approve the frame, then move it.
Key frames are generated and approved as stills (GPT Image, Nano Banana). Only approved frames go to image-to-video (Seedance 2, Kling). A wrong frame costs seconds here and hours later.
4 · Edit, motion, versions
Cut, grade, type, sound.
After Effects for end frames and type, Premiere or Resolve for cut and grade, ElevenLabs for voice, Python and ffmpeg for contact sheets and the batch of formats. One master, every ratio.
A real prompt, shortened

Describe circumstances, never quality.

1 · WHAT IT IS
Macro photo of a small printed label, shot from above on white paper.
The label fills the frame. This is not a fine art print and not an
engraving. It is cheap state-printing-works output from 1965.

2 · LIGHT AND SURFACE (most important section)
One hard light, low and from the side. The ink stands raised on the
paper: thick areas have a satin sheen and a bright edge toward the
light, unprinted paper stays matte. Single paper fibres catch a point
of light and throw a shadow. Brightness falls off about one stop
across the frame.

3 · COLOURS
Exactly two spot colours, bottle green and a warm red. Where the ink
thins, where it does not print at all, where the two overlap and go
muddy.

4 · REGISTRATION
The most important defect: the second plate sits one millimetre up
and to the left. The red no longer fits inside the green outline.

5 · THE DRAWING
Drawn fast by a jobbing illustrator, not by an engraver. Flat fills,
one line weight, no hatching. The spout is too long for the body.

8 · NEVER
fine intaglio engraving, cross-hatched shading, delicate detail,
gradients, premium, cinematic, beautiful, stunning.
Why it works. Words like premium or cinematic tell the model nothing. A light source, a plate offset and a drawing error tell it everything. A full prompt runs 4,000 to 6,000 characters, one object per generation, and the forbidden list at the end does more than the rest.
Where it came from. Built for the JADLA labels over four failed attempts. The same structure now runs every product still: what it is, light, colour, defects, drawing, type, wear, never.
Contact sheet

Every take, on one page.

Contact sheet of Agent One takes
Selection is the job. For The Last Summer, every take was rendered to a contact sheet by script before a single cut. Picking from a sheet is faster and more honest than picking from a timeline, and the client sees the choice.
What you keep

Not a folder of files. A system you can run again.

Most of the speed does not come from the models. It comes from what sits around them: scripts, documented formulas and tools built when none existed. That part is delivered with the work, not kept back.
One master, every format. Cut-downs, ratios and contact sheets are produced by script, not by hand. A new format on an approved master costs minutes, which is why a batch of variants is an afternoon and not a week.
The prompt library ships with it. Every formula is written down in the structure above, so the second campaign starts where the first one ended. Your team can run it without me.
Tools built when none exist. Custom generation apps where the platform has no preset, LUTs generated for the grade in Resolve, batch scripts for delivery. Built for the job, then handed over.
This page is part of the proof. No template, no page builder. Written, built and deployed by hand, which is the same discipline the production runs on.

Questions companies ask first

Who owns the output?

You do. Full usage rights for the delivered spots are included. If you want to reuse the prompt library and the visual system for your own team, that is part of the delivery too.

Is it obvious that it's AI?

Only if you want it to be. The workflow starts from your real product photos, so the product stays your product. Where a platform requires an AI label, I tell you before delivery.

How many revisions?

One visual system first, approved by you. Then production in batches with one approval round per batch. Changes inside the agreed concept are included; a new concept is a new quote.

How fast is fast?

Brief on Monday, first system on Tuesday, finished spots the same week. Eight spots for imoo went through one cycle. A single sponsored reel takes three to five days including your approval.

What do you need from me?

Five to ten product photos, the audience, the formats you post in, the deadline. A brand guide helps, a mood board is optional. No calls required, though I take them.

Invoices, taxes, contracts?

Invoices from Germany, Kleinunternehmer without VAT, in EUR or USD. A one-page agreement covers scope, usage rights and delivery. Whitelisting and longer usage terms are priced separately.

About · Mohammed Beck

One person, the whole cycle.

I direct and generate ad spots, brand films and packaging alone. Concept, generative production, edit, motion graphics, delivery. No crew, no studio, one laptop.
Bauhaus-Universität Weimar, B.F.A. Media Art, bachelor film in production. 13,200 people follow the workflows on @by.jadla. Every post shows how it was made. Paid work for imoo (Rakos Group), InVideo, Runway ML and arcads.ai, plus product spots for four food and drink brands. Before AI: video production since 2017, internships at Sinnreizer Brandmedia, Salve TV, Grafiklounge and Zebresel, a Sony FX3 that still gets used. Still studying. Everything here was made alongside the degree, which is why there are six projects and not sixty.
